Hey BP Fam! I've been with BP for over 4-years, and owe a lot of my success to the community. Because of that, I felt the need to share an unsettling experience with Christian Bachelder and his partner George Luis Burga, to you local folks.

In my opinion -- Christian isn't a man of his word. He wanted an assignment on one of our assets in Oxnard, we agreed on price and ready to move forward. Last minute, he tried price reducing me by 10k. Typically we don't reduce but we shaved 2,500 off in efforts to get the deal done and we're ready to move forward. He gets the assignment and our original contract, and informs me that he doesn't feel I shouldn't be making that much money, and wanted me to give him a portion of my equity in the deal..."If we're able to push the price of the flip over 535k, we'll give you that equity back".

I'm not bitter -- But re-negotiators like Christian make it very difficult to scale a legitimate acquisition operations, and cause a lot of headaches.

Investors beware.
