Why is there no discussion on BP of Tax Sale Sniper software?

Just got yet another email from Rick Dawson about his Tax Sale Sniper software and live auction seminar. Came here to see what people thought and I can't find anything. Has anyone been to an auction with him or used the software? Would love to hear all comments.

@Gail Greenberg That is funny because I get those same emails. I don't put a lot of confidence that this software can do more for me than my own research.

I use excel with conditional formatting, hyperlinks and formulas. I then sort and filter to get to narrow down the list to what I want to see. I narrow down the list quickly of what I don't want to see. I also have a tab in excel of houses that I have ranked zero. This pulls in automatically to my new list each year. So I can quickly prune my list down to properties of interest.

Then I start driving. I drive by every property that I might bid on. One year I rode by over 900 properties to only get liens on about 30. But you have to be prepared and you have to put in the work or you will end up with something you did not want.

I don't think his software can improve on my system.

However if someone says this has been a game changer for them I would be interested in hearing from them.
