Alex,
We have notes with as little as no seasoning to 4 yers of seasoning. Most everything that we sell has no seasoning. For example if you take an $18,000 down payment on a $58,000 loan, what is the risk of them not paying? Pretty low seeing that they have 18,000 reasons to want to pay.
