I agree Martin. The problem I'm seeing is that those "REO refugees" are now bidding on NPLs as a back door to discounted ownership, driving up the pricing for NPL assets on the secondary market. Seems like everyone is looking for yield and the promotion of note investing to REIA groups is fueling the fire to bring these folks into our asset class.
