Day 5 of 14 of showing gratitude, I’m sending much love to my mentor, Marty Granoff, of Granoff Enterprises. My first Note Investing transaction came in the form of a sale of a note and it was to Marty Granoff. For those of you who know Marty, he shows his love through insane due diligence😉. I have learned so much from Marty over the years and have transacted with him several times since. Thank you, Marty, for being a mentor without knowing you mentored me.
