Note Investing - Day 4 of 14 Thank You's

Day 4 of 14 of sending love to those who showed me kindness when I started note investing. This morning, I’m sending many thank you’s to Deepta Hiremath. I met Deepta and Adam at a Philly note event in 2013 and had a very elaborate conversation on the note space. Just starting out, her and Adam treated me with much respect and openness. Over the past few years, I have transacted a number of times with Deepta and would sum her up as a business woman this way:

- Decisive and always keeps her word (this world is built on legal babble but with Deepta her word is good enough for me)

- Honor is big with her but she expects the same from the other side

- Kind and giving of expert advice

- Can't think of an easier person to transact with
