Day 3 of 14 of sending love to those who showed me kindness when I started note investing. This morning, I’m sending love to Tammy Phelps-Keglovich of Capital City REIA. She runs the DC REIA and is one of the most caring loving people I know in the real estate industry. People fill rooms when she hosts meetings for more reasons than just her passion and knowledge. In 2013, she brought in a national note trainer and encouraged me to attend the one day seminar. I couldn't because of my newly born and she told me to bring him (which I did). Going to that one day seminar has changed my families life forever. Tammy Phelps-Keglovich, your affects on people has a multiplying affect. #CapCityREIA
