What is the minimum population, of the city that a property is located in, that a Note investor should consider and why? What tool do you use to find the information?

Ken Luginbyhl it truly depends - there are some areas with 5-10,000 people but near a major city. I have two notes in more rural areas and they have been my most profitable as borrowers started repaying

I evaluate each note independently.
