I was using the web site www.city-data.com. They delineated between bigger and smaller cities with 6000+ residence as bigger cities. The site would also present in bold type, populations over 50,000. The web site gave many more statistics about cities including crime stats, which I would think would be very important in deciding to buy a NPN note in a city. Has anybody ever used the city-data.com stats. Are they reliable?

What is the minimum population, of the city that a property is located in, that a Note investor should consider and why? What tool do you use to find the information?
