LLC fees (new member formation) what fees are there?

Hi all,

Title pretty much says it all. We are forming an LLC for investing and I couldn't think of any other fees that would be incurred other than the registration fees to the state for creating the LLC, an attorney, and a CPA when it comes time for taxes to get K-1's out to all the members. I have to be missing quite a bit - am I and what would that be?
