Experience with Keyhole Academy

Anyone taken the Keyhole NPN 2nd course and/or JV mentorship program? Did a quick search here on BP and didn't find many with first hand experience, just a couple "through the grapevine" endorsements from a year or two ago. I know there are many who speak highly of Scott Carson's programs, which focuses on 1st's, but you don't hear about many out there for 2nd's. NNG and PPR both phased their programs out a while back. Thanks in advance.

I've read through the Keyhole course and it is very well organized and written. Sherman Arnowitz is a very knowledgeable and straightforward principal with over 17 years of experience with distressed mortgage debt. Frankly I think he offers one of the best courses on 2nds around. I think Fuquan had licensed the course from Keyhole back when NNG was offering training.

***I am not affiliated with Keyhole other than as someone who knows the principal and has reviewed the courses***

Bob - Thanks for your feedback.  I take your statements as a strong endorsement on Keyhole.

@Bob Malecki thanks, I appreciate your feedback. Still crickets from anyone who has actually taken the course as a beginner (or perhaps no one has?)

@Mark Senecal

Hey Mark, I came across your post doing a search on Keyhole Academy. Did you ever move forward with them?

Thanks

Paul
