Wondering if anybody has invested with American Homeowner Preservation out of Chicago?  They crowdfund to purchase distressed notes and pay 12% interest annually.  I'd like to invest my HSA funds with them but don't want to be duped.  thanks!

@Bruce Coleman

Same. I had opted to get some funds dispersed to me back in May and still waiting.

@Amanda K.

Apologies, didn't see your comment from months ago. I'm over 3 years in, so the 5 year term is not realized yet.

Long time investor in both of AHPs funds, and I’ve been very happy. (I’m quite heavily invested in the 12% one). They’re never even so much as late on a payment. However, I was very dismayed to read that some of you have been waiting months upon months for dispersion requests. Any updates there?

Distributions stopped a couple years ago. Phone is now disconnected. One of these days I may venture downtown to see if anyone is in the office, or if the space is vacated.
