Tax lien interest rates in non-online counties

Hello all,

I just started looking into tax liens and learned that the interest rates have dropped a lot in counties where the auctions are held online.  I wanted to get a general idea of how much people are seeing in their neighborhoods where the sale is still on the courthouse steps.
