Thanks, Ashish. Would you have an example with dollar figures or percentages that can help me understand better?

Hi,

Can accelerated depreciation be used in a syndicate to lower the tax burden?

Thanks,

Sonny

Hi, I currently own 4 Single-family homes in Cumming, GA which I purchased as new constructions from 2014 to 2020. Can I use cost segregation to lower my tax burden next year? The home values were between $200K-$350K when I purchased them. I have not done any remodeling since they were new construction upon purchase.

Thank you,
Sonny.

Hello all,

I may be receiving some funds from a fix and flip and wanted to know what I can use them for with a 1031 exchange besides another rental property?  Can I invest in a Syndicate for land development?  Can I invest in Fundrise?  I am looking for all options that are available to us.

Thanks,
Sonny
