Anyone using ActiveCampaign for Notes

Hello !

I am evaluating some of the CRM softwares out in the market to setup a "system" in place for my note business. We need to be able to track performing notes, have certain steps to be taken when i add a deal into the system. Also looking for options to track the email marketing to a deal. Need to be able to compare this software with "pipedrive".

Wondering if there are other ActiveCampaign customers out here who are using their software? Would like to know how people have setup their system and get their feedback. Any help is much appreciated.

Pipedrive is mainly a CRM that can be used for managing projects like NPL resolution

@Pari Thiagasundaram let us know how that goes I'd really be interested in seeing what you came up with. We've got an active campaign account up and running but would love to see how you ended up making it work for your note business.

I was searching for people who have used Active Campaign and wondered what each of you ended up with or what you are using now.  Are you still using it or have you changed?  Are you using AC for your CRM and email marketing or do you have different platforms for different tasks?

@Chris Seveney thank you!

Have you found infusionsoft very difficult to start using?

Would you use it again?

Would you reccomend using it to others?

I use Pipedrive for one of our private equity funds and Insightly for another, as well as for my JV projects. I like Insightly the best as it has a good UI and many project management and reporting functions in addition to the CRM functions.

@Pari Thiagasundaram Curious if you liked using ActiveCampaign?  On a personal level I previously used InfusionSoft and am now using Kartra but it needs some customization to incorporate note tracking.  For the platform we use a customized version of servicing software.

@Chris Seveney I am very interested in how you customized Infusionsoft to manage notes.  I saw that you had an upcoming webinar on that topic that I'm excited to attend.
