Can liens be negotiated
Can tax lien, water bill liens etc... be "talked down" in price. I'm guessing "no", I believe they stay with the property until paid, but who knows.
Wholesale deal with $4595 in liens on it. Deal would be more attractive to an investor without them naturally.
