Hello all, I wanted to know if anyone could possibly have any good information regarding mortgage notes. Does anyone know of any hedge fund companies or banks that will sell mortgage notes to private investors. Thanks in advance.

Jordan,  Please use the search function here on BP.  There are literally hundreds of posts, blogs, and even a couple podcasts dealing with buying mortgage notes and sources for them.   There are books written on the subject, so a "sound-bite" answer will just lead to scratching the tip of the iceberg.
