I hope I am posting in the correct location...

Is there anyone out there who could direct me to a few samples of Letter of Intents to purchase real estate notes.

This is something completely new to me, however there are a few notes from a bank which I would like to pursue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

LOI are used to take deals off the street. Then they beat you down during the due diligence period until reality sinks in!
