So my partner and I are looking to dive into notes and looking for more companies like National Note Group to buy notes from. I have heard there are between 10-12 reliable companies that sell singles and pools of notes, but note sure what the companies are. Can anyone give some direction?

My partners and I are going to focus on notes and just wondering if anyone would give their focus on the best states to focus on and to avoid? I know there are many positives and negatives to each state, but would like to hear what people have to say.

Trying to get some information on ways to come up with earnest money for a large multiunit.
