There is so many different products out there that it's hard to say, buy have have done deal where I kept commercial properties separate. You generally have to document income somehow.

One has to be aware of state and federal securities and RE laws. What additional fiduciary duties are created?

I think that commercial lenders have greater flexibility. If pledging the personal assets they care, and not if personal assets kept personal.

Can some describe how FSBO work? I understood as a FSBO sell I would still have to pay the buyer agent and make representable about the part. Is this true?
