How does one become a private money lender for real estate deals? What is the minimum cash required? Is there a group to join and invest in? Im in the Houston, Texas market and all insights will be highly appreciated. Thanks all.

Private loans are easy.  Make sure you comply with your state and federal laws.  Do closings through a title company.  My loans range from $50,000 up. Smaller ones do not make any real profit.  you can advertise on Craigslist I find that to be a good source.
