Purchasing tax liens before the property goes to auction
I am a new investor and my chosen target market is delinquent taxes. I have both owner occupied and absentee owned properties that owe back taxes. Would it be beneficial to offer the owner occupied properties to investors who bid in auctions for properties in hopes of collecting the 20% interest before the actual auction takes place? I think it would be mutually beneficial for both parties. Thoughts?
