Looking to connect with an investor or a company to fund a note owner finance. I am a real estate agent and I have a client who proposes these terms. 

Purchase price: $108,000

Down Payment: $25,000

Interest rate 11%

Balloon: 36 months

Prepayment Penalty: None

Property is in Mission TX it is 5 units, currently 4 of them are leased for a total of $1,550/month
