@Chris Seveney I would definitely be interested in your new product that your rolling out in the next 3-6 months.  I have been taking Tracy Z courses and learning more about the note investing space.  Still looking to do my first note deal, as my preference is to create seller financed notes that I will hold.

Curious to know if anyone here when creating seller financed notes make it a condition that the borrower holds title in the name of a trust?  Wondering how you might be able prevent liens from being attached to a property in the event the borrower  defaults on a credit card, hospital bill etc

@Chris Seveney Same here, I was a R.E. Broker in CA for quite awhile, also worked with a real estate focused tech start-up that went public...and a fund.  I have been fortunate to meet and learn from some really great people in the space.

@Chris Seveney thanks...That's my plan to take Tracy and Fred's course. I am interested in non-performing notes and have some experience with them. But that's not where I plan to start for my personal portfolio. When the market crashed a buddy of mine purchased NPL portfolio with a UPB of $30M it's not for everyone, lol.
