Looking for the best courses to learn how to invest in notes that is the most complete. Several recommendations if you have them to research a little. Thank you!

Get a copy of Invest in Debt (old book) by Jimmy Napier.  Read and reread until you totally understand it.  Then you can look for courses on up to $40k “mentorship’s”.  My guess is after mastering the principles of this book you will find that none of the training courses provide any additional information that you can’t obtain by a simple internet search.

Most inexperienced note investors incorrectly believe that the key to successfully investing in notes is a unique marketing plan, some esoteric negotiating approach, or being “one contact removed” from the loan source.  In actuality the key ingredient is a complete understanding of compound interest and all aspects of the notes VALUE; and knowledge of how to “work” a note to created a greater ROI.  Read and study the book.
