I'm new to the REI world and I would love to connect. After some research, I plan on selling PF notes as a way to help me fund deals and acquire Rental units. I reside in Minnesota within the Twin Cities. I would love to know what Note buyers are looking for, especially in terms, equity coverage, and interest rate.
