I am open to look outside sioux falls. Just not finding anything right now. Been looking now for a few months. Just not seeing anything that makes us want to put in an offer. So I will keep you on mind if I go that route.

I'm in the process of getting a pre-qualification. I have some basic numbers done. But just trying to see if there are better ideas then taking traditional way around.

I am looking to get a home under 200k. I'm trying to keep payments under 1500 if possible. I don't want to pay any more than 1500 a month for mortgages and insurance and tax.
