Converting CFD to Mortgage in Michigan

I have a forbearance plan that's ending in Michigan, and I'd like to convert this to a Note/Deed of Trust to increase the value of it and to remove the liability a bit.  I'm having a difficult time finding lawyer recommendations for this.  Can anyone message me some contacts that have done this for them.
