Gauging Demand for Ohio Notes...Note Investors in OH?

Hi Everybody,

As some of you may have already read in previous posts, I am looking into creating a note business based in Ohio.

A few of the investors I've spoken to so far don't prefer OH because it's a lien theory state (and I've heard not so lender-friendly), so I'm just trying to get a feel for overall demand.

Anyone out there (or know institutional buyers who) currently purchase mortgages in OH?

If so, 1st, 2nd, performing or NPN?

Thank you!
