Hello Everyone,

Does anyone here have experiences of acquiring 4 units+ multi-family in Detroit and surrounding areas? What's your experiences so far? I'm looking into this type of properties, such as apartment complex, townhouses, mobile home, etc. Would love to hear how other people are looking for this kind of deals! Any recommendations on where/what zip codes have more this kind of properties? Do do you think medium/larger multi-family is a feasible strategy here in Detroit?

Any inputs are well appreciated!!

Like most "takers", you took as long as it suited you, then disappeared.

No, "thanks", nothing.

You did us a favor though:)
