New Water Service Detroit
Seems they change the rules all the time for water in our fine city. How is everyone starting water service in the city? When I went down there for a new property I was told a PERSONAL name and ID was required. The property is owned in an LLC and I'm NOT giving personal info. I'm under the impression the city will use these records to track down landlords that do not have C of O, inspections, blight tickets ect and use this info against them.
