Eviction Attorney/Advice for Hamtramck?

First time landlord here, Can anyone recommend an eviction attorney for Hamtramck?  I have a tenant who after a leak that is being taken care of, is refusing to pay rent and now all the sudden has a laundry list of other issues with this unit that I didn't previously know about.  This was a brand new renovated unit before she moved in. She called and was pretty irate and unreasonable. She said I'd have to evict her and if I do she'd report me to the health dept.

Any advice on what to do here from an experienced landlord?
