Garage Framing Repair

Hi!

any folks know of contractors who REPAIR framing/structural issues with garages? I have an older garage in Downriver Michigan. The garage is leaning slightly to the right - there are framing issues with the garage (resulting from wood root). I'm looking for a contractor to do a repair that might last a couple of years before I take the step of demolishing the whole structure (and probably rebuilding).
