Hey BP! I've started out working with many investors looking for off market properties, along the way i seen that wholesaling some deals would be a good idea to gain some capital and help my on my journey to investing myself and building a portfolio. A guy gave me a call back from a bandit sign i put up, there is a comp off the same house going for 160k as we speak its pending and this particular guys house is fully renovated and absolutely nothing need but maybe new paint and gutters. He also has a chain of properties he is willing to give me around the greater Detroit area.
