Post: Need help with hubzu bidding and closing

Has anyone won a property off of hubzu? See a property listed as occupied but had tremendous upside as far as numbers and profit margin goes. Just a little worried about the closing process and if tenants will give a hard time leaving.

Any help? good bad or ugly all advice is appreciated. (Property is a no inspection no walkthrough type)

I am looking to sub hire instead of going after GC's to not only save money but also build knowledge on cost and other things that come upon in rehabs. How should i go about hiring and finding a crew? I was thinking about googling the necessary people need (plumbers, electricians, etc) what are you guys' thoughts?
