Finding Wholesalers

Hey everyone!

My team and I have had a ton of success acquiring profitable properties through MLS, FSBOs, and pocket listings, but we haven't quite mastered the game of buying from wholesalers yet. Since some of these acquisition avenues are more dry during the fall and winter seasons, we are looking to find ways to meet wholesalers in the area. How do you find local wholesalers? My team and I specifically work in the South Shore, North Shore, Metro, and Boston Areas.

Thanks,

Kevin Martignetti

Hey Kevin. One of the better ways to find local wholesalers is probably by attending some local real estate events. Probably something you have heard already, buy maybe @Mike Hurney can offer some more solid advice.

This is something I have been wanting to focus on as well, but looking for buy and hold deals. I continue to hear about you guys crushing it so keep up the good work!
