Hey everyone,

I would love your advice. I'm putting together an absentee owner mailing campaign and I'm creating the yellow letters now. I'm wondering if anyone who has experience with mailers can answer this for me:

Should I put our website name on the yellow letters or will this make the letters less personal?

Hi @Mike Hurney  we have no problem finding deals in general.  We have 4 current projects going on and 3 more under agreement.  Because the current avenues that we use are dryer during the fall and winter, we are looking for creative ideas on how to find wholesalers to partner with.

Hi everyone!

My partners and I have been fortunate enough to have a ton of success out here in Boston.  One of my partners is moving out to San Diego to start a division out there.  We are big on networking because it has been essential in allowing us to grow so quickly, and it also creates long term relationships where everyone wins.  If you're a full-time real estate investor in the San Diego area, shoot me a message!

Thanks,

Kevin Martignetti

Hey everyone!

My team and I have had a ton of success acquiring profitable properties through MLS, FSBOs, and pocket listings, but we haven't quite mastered the game of buying from wholesalers yet. Since some of these acquisition avenues are more dry during the fall and winter seasons, we are looking to find ways to meet wholesalers in the area. How do you find local wholesalers? My team and I specifically work in the South Shore, North Shore, Metro, and Boston Areas.

Thanks,

Kevin Martignetti

Hello current or former San Diego residents,

My partners and I are expanding out to San Diego from Boston in November.  It's a big jump going from one coast to the other, so we would love to hear your expertise on investing in San Diego!

Currently, our focus is on single family and condo conversion flips in the Boston area.  We currently have projects ranging from 1 unit to 5 units.

Any input or advice you have would be great!

Thanks,

Kevin Martignetti
