Going above 3 rentals in Baltimore County, what rules changes

Soren Ager
Posted

Hello everyone

So please do correct me if I am wrong. But is there not something about that there are certain rule changes when going above 3 rentals in Baltimore county?

I have tried to google this, and just not finding any info. If anyone can give insights I would really appreciate it.

Hi Soren,

Have you tried calling the county? I'd try perhaps the zoning department or dept. of housing.
