Hi all, new to Baltimore.  I'm looking to find some multi units in the city but want to ensure I'm in compliance with any code regulations.  My first placed I viewed was a chopped up row house.  What resources can I use to learn what the zoning is and what it allows?  And then if there is an appropriate Certificate of Occupancy attached?  I'd hate to buy a "multi" and it turns out that's there are 4 extra illegal kitchens or something. 2. Would love to connect with an architect as well.
