Best Local Banks/Credit Unions in Baltimore for Cashout Refi

Andres Rose
Posted

Hi all, I purchased an investment property cash (under my LLC) in Baltimore and looking to do a cashout refi. The property is worth 80k and only have a month since its been rented. I pulled up a list of the local banks and there's a ton in Baltimore. Any idea which bank or credit union would provide the best terms for a cash out refi with no or a minimal seasoning period?

I think you'll find it tough to find a bank that will do a cash-out refi to an LLC on a house with minimal seasoning and such a low price point - lots of strikes against you unfortunately. You may look into some non-traditional long term money options such as whats offered by Dominion Financial. Good luck!
