Hey everyone,

I'm currently in the process of renting out a single family home in the Elwood Park area (NW of Patterson Park) and I was curious what the best methods and channels for attracting tenants are. I'm planning on relying mainly on online resources, but I was curious which sites work the best and if there are any other methods that are particularly effective for Baltimore.
