Legal definition of "bedroom" in Maryland/Baltimore

Apologies if this question has already been answered elsewhere in the forum (probably has just can't find it).  Does anyone know what qualifies a room as a "bedroom" in Maryland and more specifically Baltimore City?  Does the room have to be completely closed off and separated from other rooms, and does it need to have a closet with a door?   Thanks for the help.

Here is the code - https://health.baltimorecity.g...

Every bedroom occupied by 1 person must contain at
least 70 sq. ft. (6.5 sq. m.) of floor area. Every bedroom occupied by more than one person
must contain at least 50 sq. ft. (4.6 sq. m.) of floor area for each occupant of the bedroom.

A dwelling unit must contain at least 1 closet, for storing clothing and other articles,
with a floor area of not less than 6 sq. ft. (0.6 sq. m.). A dwelling unit with more than 1 bedroom
must contain at least 1 additional closet of the same minimum size

Every habitable space must have at least 1 window facing directly to the
outdoors or to an open court whose facing wall is at least 3 feet (914 mm) away. The minimum total
glazed area for every habitable space must be 10% of the floor area of that space.
-- i read this to mean a skylight would count as a window. A lot of the row homes have large middle sections that preclude them from exterior windows so people have put in skylights.

Hopes that helps
