BRRRR Baltimore City - no seasoning refinance
Hey everyone- I am closing on a property next week and will be purchasing the property/ making renovations using hard money. I've talked to a number of banks that require either 6 months or 12 months of seasoning. Are there other options or banks that will refinance sooner? Thanks

90 day seasoning in Baltimore is doable without tax returns or income verification for many portfolio lenders. Rates in the 6's and 7's with a few points for a 30 year fixed. Caveats: Loan size has to be over 75K and the property can't be in a war zone.
