Now is the time for anyone thinking about getting started in investing in multi unit housing....... I would strongly recommend to dive in. The principle behind Multi Family investing is growing stronger and stronger every year. I am sure that fellow BP members can agree that having tenants pay your mortgage generating passive income, tax benefits, and the opportunity to build wealth are major luxuires behind this remarkable investing strategy!!!! Only in America can you buy a 7 unit for 250K with monthly gross rents of $4850!!!!
