Louisville, Kentucky Utility Estimates

Hello Louisville BP Community,

I'm currently analyzing a six unit (all 1 bedrooms) multifamily property in the South End. According to Redfin, the owner pays water, trash, and sewer. The tenant pays gas and electric. As I'm not currently living in the City, and having never owned a multifamily property there, I'm at a loss as to how much I can expect to pay for utilities each month (can the util. companies provide this info). If anyone has a ballpark figure, or can point me in the direction of where I might ascertain this information, I'd be very appreciative. I know these figures can vary widely between properties, and from location to location within a city, but I just want to get a general idea.

Thank you!

I have a similar 6-plex in a different neighborhood in Louisville. Budget about $130-150/month for water/sewer.
My trash costs are included in the property taxes but that might not be he case for the South End.
