Louisville zip codes average DOM

Hello everybody. I'm in the process of doing market research so that I can start mailing yellow-letters in Louisville. One piece of the puzzle I'm missing is the average days on market for each zip code I've picked. Are there any suggestions on finding this? Would any of you be willing to assist me or connect me with a realtor who would? Thanks for your help.
