Updated over 8 years ago,
I have quite a few resources to share if you're becoming an agent
I have just completed the classes (and taken and passed the tests) to become a broker in Indiana.
I no longer need the resources that I was using (list below). I am offering to give these (read: free) to the first person that responds they will get them AND comes and retrieves them (I live at exit 19 on I-65 in Indiana (Henryville).
My phone number and email are in my signature. Feel free to send me a text or shoot me an email.
Since BP doesn't let us delete threads, I will update this thread when the resources are gone.
I have:
2 copies of Modern Real Estate Practice (19th Edition).
Modern Real Estate Practice (19th Edition) Flashcard Review Flashcards (I've also transcribed these into electronic form for anybody to use (go to cram.com. Do a search for my email address (again in my signature line). Uncheck Title, Content and Subject. You will be left with the cards I made)).
Mastering Real Estate Principles by Gerald Cortesi (5th edition) - good supplement for your studies.
and
The Study Guide for Modern Real Estate Practice (19th Edition) with some notes, scribbles and highlighting.
First come. First serve. This will be a coup for the right person.
