Rental Prices in KCMO in 2022

Hi, all!

I have a few SFR properties with leases concluding in a couple of months. Of course, I hope to retain all tenants to avoid that turnover cost. I have set up a meeting with my property manager to see what the intentions of my current tenants are and what rental increases she might recommend. We do have 2.5% as a minimum built into the contract for renewals, but I want to see what others see as year-over-year increases from last April/May. The properties are in 64117, 64137, 64133 and 64118, if that matters.

Thanks!
