Hello Kansans,

My name is Joseph Hamer and I am just beginning my REI journey. I was wondering if any of you would be willing to share your analysis data on recently sold properties in Wichita? I am currently absorbing as much knowledge as possible, and analyzing deals is one area that I am wanting to focus much of my effort on. I'll be pulling active deals from MLS and Zillow, but I also want to analyze properties that have actually sold in Wichita (and specifically to investors).

I would also appreciate any tips/tricks on analyzing deals! I do use the BP Calculators.

Thank you in advance!  I look forward to connecting.
