Hello, OOS investor exploring Indiana for investment property, primarily in Ft Wayne but open to other areas.  Looking for 1.5%+ rent to price, C+to B neighborhoods with some opp for appreciation in the $60K-$120K range.  Very interested in multifamily if that works well in this area.  Seeking investor experienced Realtor referrals and strong PM companies.  Thank you!
